Location: 322 km (199 mi) west of Williams Lake on Highway 20 is the village of Anahim Lake. Here the gravel road heading north towards the Dean River will take you to Abuntlet Lake.

Fishing Report: The fly fishing on this lake is best at the outflow into the Dean River. The average trout will be under 3 pounds.

Viewscape: The fairly flat terrain is covered with a forest composed of spruce, pine, aspen, willow and birch.

Shoreline: The muddy shoreline is interspersed with marsh, grass and willows.
