Fishing Report: Kawkawa contains many species of fish, however it is best known for its large Kokanee that can reach up to 3+ lbs. Spring fishing is best at this lake.
Be sure to visit Fishbc.com for angling information!

Viewscape: Private homes can be found scattered around the lake however Kawkawa still remains a very beautiful clear water lake. Much of the shoreline is still wooded and free of development. During the summer months, especially the weekends, Kawkawa receives heavy use, however fishermen and canoeists can find solitude in the cove near the southeast side as well as the northwest bay of the lake.
