Bowron Lake Provincial Park . . . ospreys, waterfowl, beavers, moose, woodland caribou, grizzly and black bear. From May to October are the best viewing months. Access by canoe.

Horsefly River . . . Spawning sockeye salmon. Best viewing during August and September. Access by paved road.

Horsefly Lake / Quesnel Lake and Area . . . mule deer, mink, moose and black bear. Good viewing year round. April to October best viewing months for black bears. Access by paved and secondary roads.

Quesnel River (Likely) . . . spawning chinook salmon. September and October are best viewing months. Access by paved road.

Ten Mile Lake Provincial Park . . . beavers, waterfowl, raptors and songbirds. Best times for viewing are from May to October. Access by paved road.

Scout Island Nature Centre (Williams Lake) . . . foxes, beavers, otters, waterfowl, songbirds and butterflies. Good viewing year round. Best times for viewing the butterflies, beavers, and otters is from April to September. Access by paved road.

Seton Lake . . . mountain goats. Good viewing year round. Access by paved road.

100 Mile Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary . . . waterfowl, bird watching. Good viewing from April to November. Access by paved road.

100 Mile House Demonstration Forest . . . mule deer, moose and black bear. Good viewing year round. Best times for viewing black bears is from April to October. Access by paved road.

108 Mile Area . . . mule deer and yellow bellied marmot. Good viewing all year round. Access by paved road.

Lac La Hache Area . . . raptors, waterfowl, bald eagles, small, sandhill cranes and mammals. Good viewing all year round. Access by paved road.

Canim Lake . . . bobolinks, bald eagles, waterfowl, raptors and songbirds. Good viewing all year round. Access by paved and secondary roads.

Sheridan Lake . . . spawning rainbow trout. Best viewing during May and June. Access by paved road.

Williams Lake Valley . . . mule deer, waterfowl, raptors and songbirds. Good viewing all year round. Access by hiking trail.

Alkali Lake - Reidemann Wildlife Sanctuary . . . tundra swan, long-billed curlew, white pelican, waterfowl, raptors and songbirds. Good viewing from April to October. Access by secondary road.

Chilko River . . . spawning sockeye, chinook and steelhead. August, September and October best viewing spawning sockeye and chinook. View spawning steelhead in June. Access by paved and secondary roads.

Chilanko Marsh Wildlife Management Area . . . beavers, muskrats, waterfowl, raptors and songbirds. Good viewing from April to October. Access by paved and secondary road.

Junction Wildlife Management Area . . . California bighorn sheep, mule deer, coyotes, snowshoe hares, black bears, cougars, grouse, long-billed curlews, bald eagle, golden eagle, waterfowl, and songbirds. Good viewing all year round. Access by paved and secondary roads.
